All packages include
Up to three 90-minute planning sessions with the Oyster Bay Event Manager
Onsite Oyster Bay Event Manager (day of event, available specific times for event)
Ability to use existing furniture in your designated venue rental
Use of additional event tables & chairs stored onsite for the designated number of guests in your package
China, flatware, and glassware (included in the price per person - catering & bar)
Check-in at the Oyster Bay Boutique Hotel is 4 PM on the day of arrival
An additional fee of $100 per room will be charged for early arrivals if rooms are available.
Please take this into consideration when planning your events
The Lobby and Living Room are not venue spaces and cannot be used for any event activities.
Only guests of the hotel are welcome to relax & enjoy the spaces
A Welcome Letter will be emailed to all guests prior to check-in with helpful information to ensure a smooth entry to the hotel

Requirements
Liability Insurance is to be provided 30 days prior to the event by the wedding party, the wedding planner, & vendors
